本文以光明乳业为例,用杜邦分析法对2018—2023年度企业净资产收益率、营业净利润率、总资产周转率、权益乘数等指标进行分析,与蒙牛乳业、伊利股份等同行业企业对比。分析发现,光明乳业净资产收益率上升、营业净利润率提高、抗风险能力提升,但也存在成本费用控制较差、应收账款和存货周转率低、资本结构不合理等问题,建议加强成本控制、加快应收账款和存货周转、合理利用财务杠杆等策略。

Taking Bright Dairy as an example, this paper analyzed the return on net assets,operating net profit margin,total asset turnover ratio,equity multiplier and other indexes of the enterprise in 2018-2023 by DuPont Analysis,and compared them with the enterprises in the same industry,such as Mengniu Dairy and Yili shares. The analysis found that Bright Dairy's return on net assets increased,operating net profit margin improved,and anti-risk ability improved,but there were also problems such as poor cost and expense control,weak turnover of accounts receivable and inventory,and unreasonable capital structure,etc. It is recommended to strengthen cost control,accelerate the turnover of accounts receivable and inventory,and reasonably utilize financial leverage, and other strategies.
