摘要

[目的]探究中草药复方制剂对奶牛生产性能、乳品质和血清指标的影响。[方法]选择四川省凉山彝族自治州某地区中国荷斯坦牛养殖基地50 头奶牛作为试验动物,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组分别设置5 个重复试验,每个重复中均包含5 头奶牛。常规基础日粮饲喂奶牛作为对照组,额外添加0.1%浓度中草药复方制剂至基础日粮饲喂奶牛作为试验组。整个研究试验周期为60 d。[结果]试验组平均日产奶量及乳中乳蛋白率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而料奶比、乳中体细胞数量均显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组AST、ALT、NEFA等血清指标值均显著小于对照组(P<0.05);血清中GLU、BUN、ALB、TP等含量两组奶牛对比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]添加中草药复方制剂至奶牛日粮能显著提高奶牛生产性能,改善乳品质,促进健康成长,可推广应用。

Abstract

[Objective] To explore the effects of Chinese herbal compound preparations on the production performance,milk quality and serum indicators of dairy cows. [Method] The 50 Chinese Holstein cows from a dairy farm in Liangshan,Sichuan Province were selected as experimental animals and divided into two groups. Each group was set up with 5 replicates,and each containing 5 cows.Cows fed with a regular basic diet were used as the control group,while cows fed with an additional 0.1% concentration of Chinese herbal compound preparation were added to the basic diet as the experimental group.The entire research experiment period is 60 days. [Result] The average daily milk production and milk protein rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the feed to milk ratio and the number of milk somatic cells were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum indicators such as AST,ALT,and NEFA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The contents of GLU,BUN,ALB,TP,etc.in serum were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Adding Chinese herbal compound preparations to dairy cow diets can significantly improve their production performance,improve milk quality,and promote the healthy growth.It is worth promoting and applying in the future.
