[目的]探讨头孢噻呋晶体注射液对牛呼吸系统疾病的治疗效果。[方法]选择平度市某养殖场50 头患呼吸系统疾病牛作为试验动物,随机分成对照组和试验组,对照组用咳喘清注射液,试验组用头孢噻呋晶体注射液。[结果]经治疗后,试验组临床评分显著低于对照组[（0.13±0.14） 分和（0.66±0.21） 分,P<0.05];ALP、AST、ALT、GLU、TCH、BUN等临床生化检验指标在两个处理组间差异显著（P<0.05）,而临床生化检验指标TP值在两组病牛间比较,差异不显著[（68.13±5.73 ）g/L和（ 67.82±5.54 ） g/L,P>0.05）]。头孢噻呋晶体注射液试验组病牛在临床上的治疗有效率显著高于对照组[（92.00% 和 76.00%）,P<0.05]。对照组中有4 例病牛出现不良反应现象,其不良反应发生率显著高于试验组（P<0.05）。[结论]头孢噻呋晶体注射液对牛呼吸系统疾病具有显著的临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,为畜牧兽医养殖制定科学、合理的牛临床疾病治疗方案提供参考。

[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of ceftiofur crystalline injection in treating bovine respiratory diseases. [Method] Fifty cattle with respiratory diseases from a farm in Pingdu City were selected as experimental animals and randomly divided into a control group and a test group. The control group was treated with a cough-relief injection,while the test group received ceftiofur crystalline injection. [Result] After treatment,the clinical score of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(0.13±0.14) points vs. (0.66±0.21) points,P< 0.05]. Significant differences were observed in clinical biochemical indicators such as ALP,AST,ALT,GLU,TCH,and BUN between the two groups (P< 0.05),while the TP value showed no significant difference [(68.13±5.73) g/L vs. (67.82±5.54) g/L,P> 0.05]. The clinical treatment efficacy rate in the ceftiofur crystalline injection test group was significantly higher than that in the control group [(92.00% vs. 76.00%),P< 0.05]. Adverse reactions occurred in 4 cattle in the control group,with a significantly higher incidence rate compared to the test group (P< 0.05). [Conclusion] Ceftiofur crystalline injection demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in treating bovine respiratory diseases with no apparent adverse reactions,providing a reference for the development of scientific and rational clinical treatment protocols in veterinary husbandry.
