昌都市是青藏高原的传统牧区,产奶牲畜存栏量大,居民饮食结构中奶制品占比较高,制作及食用酸奶制品的历史悠久。但近年来随着市场需求的增加和奶制品加工厂的短缺制约了行业的发展,无法满足现阶段本地居民对酸奶产品的消费需求。本文通过调查昌都市多家大型综合性商超与便利店所销售的酸奶产品,对昌都市酸奶行业的发展现状进行探讨,以期对昌都市酸奶行业的原材料质量、产品种类、品牌建设等方面提供参考。

Changdu City,a traditional pastoral region on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,has a large population of dairy livestock,and dairy products feature prominently in the local diet. The region also boasts a long history of producing and consuming yogurt. However,the industry's development is constrained by a mismatch between growing market demand and a shortage of modern dairy processing facilities,leading to an unmet local consumer demand for yogurt products. This study investigated the current state of the yogurt industry in Changdu by analyzing products available in various large supermarkets and convenience stores.The findings aimed to provide insights for improving raw material quality,diversifying product varieties,and strengthening brand building within the local yogurt sector.
