Research on Product Quality Supervision in Dairy Industry

Abstract: With the development of China's social economy and the continuous improvement of national living standards, the masses have higher enjoyment of life. From the past diet only to eat enough, to now there are more and higher requirements for the nutritional value of food. The variety and volume of dairy products has increased. The requirements for dairy products have also been from the initial pursuit of taste, style, novelty, to now pay more attention to the safety of milk source and production quality, green production has become the main marketing label in the industry. This paper discussed the quality and safety of dairy products production and the main responsibility from the legal perspective. Combining with the supervision system and experience of the quality and safety of dairy products in foreign countries, the problems of the quality and safety supervision of dairy products in China were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward.
