Validation of Determination Method of Butyric Acid,Caproic Acid,Octanoic Acid and Capric Acid in Infant Formula Milk Powder

Abstract: Fatty acids in infant formula include saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids. Butyric acid,caproic acid,octanoic acid and capric acid,as typical representatives of saturated fatty acids,also play a positive role in the growth of infants and young children. This experiment mainly detected the contents of butyric acid,caproic acid,octanoic acid and capric acid in infant formula milk powder,and carried out the method verification experiment of the detection method,including the detection limit,quantitative limit,precision and correctness of the method. The experimental data were good and the results met the requirements.
