Research on the Traceability of Dairy Supply Chain Based on Blockchain

摘要: 区块链技术具有数据信息公开、透明、防篡改、可追溯、共享等特征,与乳制品供应链的溯源需求存在多重耦合。为追溯乳制品供应链各环节的信息,保障乳制品的质量安全,借鉴区块链在食品质量安全中的成功实践,构建出基于联盟区块链的乳制品供应链溯源体系框架,并对其运行模式和优化重点进行分析,为乳制品行业、消费者和政府监管部门营造一个公开透明、安全可靠的可追溯性环境。

关键词: 乳制品供应链, 区块链, 溯源

Abstract: Blockchain technology has the characteristics of openness,transparency,tamper-proof,traceability,and sharing of data and information,it has multiple couplings with the traceability requirements of the dairy supply chain. In order to trace the information of each link of the dairy supply chain and ensure the quality and safety of dairy products,this paper learned from the successful practice of blockchain in food quality and safety,and constructed a dairy supply chain traceability system framework based on the alliance blockchain.It also analyzes its operating mode and optimization priorities to create an open, transparent,safe and reliable traceability environment for the dairy industry,consumers and government regulatory agencies.
