奶牛瘤胃发酵性能与产奶量的相关性分析

The Correlation of Rumen Fermentation Performance and Milk Yield of Dairy Cows

摘要: 通过奶牛产奶量与瘤胃发酵指标的相关性分析,揭示奶牛瘤胃发酵性能对产奶量的影响。试验选取189 头荷斯坦泌乳牛,记录产奶量,采集瘤胃液,分别检测氨氮(NH3-N)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量。结果表明,NH3-N与产奶量无显著相关性(P>0.05),丙酸的百分含量和产奶量极显著正相关(P<0.01),乙酸和异丁酸的百分含量与产奶量显著负相关(P<0.05)。由此可见,奶牛的瘤胃发酵性能与产奶量密切相关。

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to reveal the influence of rumen fermentation performance on milk yield by analyzing the correlation of milk yield and rumen fermentation indexes. Milk yield and rumen fluid of 189 Holstein lactating dairy cows were recorded,the contents of NH3-N and volatile fatty acids were determined respectively. The results showed that there was no correlative between NH3-N and milk yield (P>0.05),the percentage of propionate was positively correlated with milk yield (P<0.01),and the percentage of acetate and isobutyrate was negatively correlated with milk yield (P<0.05). In conclusion,rumen fermentation performance of dairy cows is closely related to milk yield.
