摘要: [目的] 犊牛去角在现代化奶牛养殖系统已成为必需操作流程,但去角给犊牛带来剧烈疼痛、应激,表现为犊牛因疼痛剧烈挣扎、不断甩头、摆动耳朵、采食量下降,同时诱导犊牛分泌炎症介质,可能影响未来生长发育和产奶性能。[方法] 本试验用美洛昔康注射液在犊牛去角时镇痛,并设立空白对照,统计断奶日增重差异。[结果] 试验组(美洛昔康组,984 g)比对照组(生理盐水组,932 g)平均断奶日增重高51 g(P<0.01)。[结论] 犊牛去角时配合美洛昔康镇痛,有利于提高断奶日增重。
