止痢草提取物对新孢子虫病致流产奶牛血清抗氧化指标及肠道组织形态影响的研究

Effects of Dysentery Extract on Serum Antioxidant Indexes and Intestinal Tissue Morphology of Aborted Cows Due to Neosporidiosis

摘要: [目的] 研究在日粮中添加止痢草提取物对新孢子虫病致流产奶牛血清抗氧化指标及肠道组织形态的影响。[方法] 选某规模化养殖场中新孢子虫病致流产的168 头年龄、胎次和平均产奶量相近奶牛为研究对象,采用单因子随机试验设计,将奶牛分为4 组,分别为对照组(基础日粮)、观察I组(基础日粮+200 g/t止痢草提取物)、观察II组(基础日粮+400 g/t止痢草提取物)、观察III组(基础日粮+600 g/t止痢草提取物)。每组设置6 个重复,每个重复7 头。预试验期7 d,正式试验期35 d。统计试验结束后各组奶牛血清抗氧化指标和肠道组织形态变化情况。[结果] 相比对照组,观察I组、观察II组和观察III组T-AOC、T-SOD、GSH-Px显著提高(P<0.05),观察II组最高,观察I组和观察III组比较无差异(P>0.05)。对照组MDA高于其他试验组,其中观察I组高于观察II组和观察III组(P<0.05)。各组CAT比较无差异(P>0.05)。对照组大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数量高于观察I组、观察II组和观察III组,乳酸菌数量低于各试验组(P<0.05),其中观察II组和观察III组大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌数量低于观察I组,乳酸菌数量高于观察I组(P<0.05)。[结论] 在新孢子虫病所致流产奶牛的基础日粮中添加止痢草提取物,可提高其机体免疫能力、抗氧化能力,维持肠道稳态。综合考虑试验结果、经济性等因素,按照400 g/t量在日粮中添加止痢草提取物为宜。

Abstract: [Objective] To study the effects of dietary extract of dysentery on serum antioxidant indexes and intestinal tissue morphology of aborted cows induced by neosporidiosis. [Method] A total of 168 aborted cows with similar age, parity and average milk yield in a large-scale farm were selected as the study objects, and the cows were divided into 4 groups using a single factor randomized trial design. They were divided into control group (basic diet), observation group I (basic diet +200 g/t dysentery extract), observation group II (basic diet +400 g/t dysentery extract) and observation group III (basic diet +600 g/t dysentery extract). Each group was set with 6 replicates and 7 heads per replicate. The pre-test lasted for 7 days and the formal test lasted for 35 days. The changes of serum antioxidant indexes and intestinal tissue morphology of cows in each group were analyzed after the experiment. [Result] Compared with the control group, T-AOC, T-SOD and GSH-Px in observation group I, observation group II and observation group III were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the highest values were found in observation group II, while there was no difference between observation group I and observation group III (P>0.05). MDA in control group was higher than that in other experimental groups, and observation group I was higher than that in observation group II and observation group III(P<0.05). There was no difference in CAT among all groups (P>0.05). The number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in control group was higher than that in observation group I, observation Group II and observation group III, and the number of lactic acid bacteria was lower than that in experimental groups (P<0.05), and the number of Escherichia coli and Salmonella in observation group II and observation group III was lower than that in observation group I, and the number of lactic acid bacteria was higher than that in observation group I(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Incorporating dysentery extract into the basic diet of cows that have aborted due to neosporidiosis has been shown to enhance their immune function, improve antioxidant capacity, and help maintain intestinal homeostasis. Based on the experimental findings, economic considerations, and other relevant factors, it is advisable to include dysentery extract in the diet at a rate of 400 g/t.
