复合益生菌制剂对奶牛生产性能、瘤胃发酵和血清指标的影响

摘要: [目的]探讨复合益生菌制剂对奶牛生产性能、瘤胃发酵状况及血清代谢指标的影响,以期为提高奶牛生产效益及健康管理提供理论依据。[方法]选取60 头胎次、泌乳量及体况相似的奶牛,随机分为四组:对照组(A组)、低剂量组(B组)、中剂量组(C组)和高剂量组(D组)。A组饲喂基础日粮,B、C、D组则在基础日粮基础上分别添加4 g/d、8 g/d和16 g/d的复合益生菌制剂。试验持续42 d,期间对奶牛监测和分析产奶量、奶质量、瘤胃发酵状况及血清指标。[结果]中剂量组和高剂量组奶牛产奶量显著提高,奶质量改善,瘤胃发酵健康状况有效改善,血清中葡萄糖水平得到调节,同时T-AOC(总抗氧化能力)和SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性均显著提高。[结论]复合益生菌制剂能够显著提高奶牛的生产性能,改善其瘤胃发酵状况,调节代谢健康,具有潜在的应用价值。

Abstract: [Objective] This study investigated the effects of a compound probiotic preparation on milk production performance, rumen fermentation status, and serum metabolic parameters in dairy cows, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for improving production efficiency and health management. [Method] Sixty dairy cows with similar parity, milk yield, and body condition were randomly divided into four groups: a control group (Group A),a low-dose group(Group B),a medium-dose group(Group C),and a high-dose group(Group D).Group A received the basal diet, while Groups B,C,and D received the basal diet supplemented with 4 g/d, 8 g/d, and 16 g/d of the compound probiotic preparation, respectively.The trial lasted 42 days, during which milk yield, milk quality, rumen fermentation status, and serum parameters were monitored and analyzed. [Results] Cows in the medium-dose(C)and high-dose (D)groups showed significantly increased milk yield and improved milk quality. Rumen fermentation health was effectively improved. Serum glucose levels were regulated, and both Total Antioxidant Capacity (T-AOC) and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) activity increased significantly. [Conclusion] The compound probiotic preparation significantly enhanced milk production performance, improved rumen fermentation status, and regulated metabolic health in dairy cows, demonstrating promising application potential.
