脉冲场凝胶电泳对不同牛舍中大肠杆菌的分析鉴定

摘要: 为了研究奶牛场不同牛舍牛群间大肠杆菌的传播情况,采用Andersen-6级空气微生物样品收集器,分别在现代化奶牛场的泌乳牛舍、青年牛舍和犊牛舍收集空气样品,并采集泌乳牛的粪便,分离、鉴定大肠杆菌相似性,运用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术,进行同源性鉴定分析后,可知从泌乳牛的粪便中分离到的大肠杆菌与从牛舍内空气中分离到的部分大肠杆菌(23%)相似性可达85%以上。结果表明,从泌乳牛的粪便中分离的大肠杆菌能够对环境造成生物污染,在泌乳牛舍中形成环境微生物气溶胶,并在不同牛舍间随空气传播,该结果对奶牛场牛舍环境消毒具有理论指导作用,并具有公共卫生学意义。
