容器检测装置提高检测效率的研究

摘要: [目的] 为克服现有技术对样品进行手动检测效率低且易产生测量误差的缺陷,提出一种新检测方法。[方法] 人工按方法要求放置待检测的预制瓶样品,调整好高度尺的线位刻度及支架高度,调整探头活动紧固螺丝,根据瓶型调节活动紧固点,按下检测开关,仪器进行自动360°旋转检测。通过升降套筒的升降功能检测其他部位的壁厚。[结果] 手动检测方式检测效率低,费时费力,难以高效完成瓶身最大直径、瓶体高度、瓶口高度等基础检测项目,且人工测量方式在测量过程中,容易产生测量误差。[结论] 通过在检测台上安设夹合组件和检测组件,可提高检测准确性。同时,在夹合组件和/或检测组件上设置升降组件,可快速调节夹合组件和检测组件之间的高度差,快速准确调节检测组件对待检测容器的测量位置,提高检测效率。

Abstract: [Objective]In order to overcome the shortcomings of manual detection of samples by existing technologies and low efficiency and easy measurement errors,a new detection method is proposed.[Method]Manually place the prefabricated bottle sample to be tested according to the requirements of the method,adjust the linear scale and bracket height of the height gauge,adjust the probe movable fastening screw,adjust the movable fastening point according to the bottle type,press the detection switch,and the instrument performs automatic 360-degree rotation detection.The wall thickness of other parts is detected by the lifting function of the lifting sleeve.[Result] Manual detection method,on the one hand,the detection efficiency is low,time-consuming and laborious,it is difficult to efficiently complete the maximum diameter of the bottle,bottle height,bottle mouth height and other basic testing items,on the other hand,the manual measurement method,in the measurement process,is easy to produce measurement errors.[Conclusion]By installing clamping components and inspection components on the test bench,the accuracy of the inspection process can be improved,and at the same time,the lifting components can be set on the clamping components and/or inspection components,and the height difference between the clamping components and the inspection components can be quickly adjusted,so that the measurement position of the inspection components to be tested containers can be quickly and accurately adjusted to improve the efficiency of detection.
