膳食蛋白质摄入量及种类对2型糖尿病的影响

摘要: 蛋白质在胃肠道内消化、吸收较慢,可产生较强饱腹感,且不易引起血糖波动。因此,随着近年来2型糖尿病发病率的增加,在临床上开始采用高蛋白质、低碳水化合物为主的饮食结构,配合少食多餐,以及多低血糖生成指数(GI)食物的饮食方式辅助2型糖尿病的治疗。但随着研究的发展,有很多学者认为高蛋白质饮食不仅不能治疗糖尿病,反而会加重病情,并且不同的蛋白质来源对于2型糖尿病的影响也不同。因此,主要从膳食蛋白质摄入量及种类对2型糖尿病的影响进行综述。
