组学技术在山羊乳研究中的应用

摘要: 山羊乳是一种含有丰富营养成分的生物学流体,也是全球乳源的重要组成部分。山羊乳生物分子结构和功能一直是研究的热点,组学技术可以对这些生物分子成分进行全面分析。对蛋白质组学、脂质组学和代谢组学在山羊乳研究中的应用进行了综述。
