摘要: 通过奶牛产奶量与瘤胃发酵指标的相关性分析,揭示奶牛瘤胃发酵性能对产奶量的影响。试验选取189 头荷斯坦泌乳牛,记录产奶量,采集瘤胃液,分别检测氨氮(NH3-N)和挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量。结果表明,NH3-N与产奶量无显著相关性(P>0.05),丙酸的百分含量和产奶量极显著正相关(P<0.01),乙酸和异丁酸的百分含量与产奶量显著负相关(P<0.05)。由此可见,奶牛的瘤胃发酵性能与产奶量密切相关。
