Abstract: Financial management is essentially a process in which enterprises use certain means to control financing activities,business activities and investment activities,in order to improve the flow of funds and use efficiency,and realize the company's overall risk minimization and economic benefit maximization.This paper intended to take YT Dairy as an example to compare its financing,working capital management,risk control and other aspects with YL Group,the benchmark of the dairy industry,to find the problems existing in the financial management of small and medium-sized dairy enterprises,and to provide suggestions on how to improve the level of financial management.
