乳制品行业自动物流仓储及分拣系统的参数化设计分析

摘要: 为最大程度地发掘有限场地的高密度存储潜力,不断提高分拣效率,上海某乳品企业新建自动物流仓库,在其中引入自动化立体仓库及高效率分拣系统。本文主要结合项目实际情况进行了需求分析及方案规划,通过对货位数、出入库要求及分拣需求等数据进行汇总整理和梳理,在方案设计中对堆垛机、环形穿梭车及箱提拣选等关键系统如何进行选型计算进行了详细的阐述,该选型计算方法可以为类似项目的设计提供参考及分析支撑。

Abstract: In order to maximize the high-density storage potential in limited space and continuously improve sorting efficiency,a dairy enterprise in Shanghai will built a new automatic logistics warehouse,using high-rack storage and high-efficiency sorting system. This paper mainly conducted requirement analysis and plan planning based on the actual situation of the project,by summarizing,organizing,and sorting data such as the quantity of goods,inbound and outbound requirements and sorting requirements,a detailed explanation was given in the scheme design on how to select and calculate key systems such as stacker,circular shuttle and other sorting. This selection calculation method can provide reference and analytical support for the design of similar projects.
