日粮添加棉籽对生乳中棉酚残留安全性影响的评估研究

Evaluation and Study on the Impact of Adding Cottonseed to the Diet on the Safety of Gossypol Residues in Raw Milk

摘要: 棉籽作为优质蛋白质原料具有来源广泛、营养丰富、价格低廉等优点,在中国畜禽生产中应用日渐广泛,但棉籽饼(粕)在日粮中若使用不当,易造成动物棉酚中毒。对奶牛而言,棉酚向乳中的迁移不仅涉及反刍动物对棉酚的代谢,也牵涉乳制品质量安全,因此应给予重视。基于此,本文对日粮添加棉籽对生乳中棉酚残留进行安全性评估。人体通过饮用牛奶摄入游离棉酚量为0.002 3 mg/kg·d,远低于《GB 2716—2018 食品安全国家标准 植物油》中通过植物油摄入游离棉酚的限定值0.086 mg/kg·d。

Abstract: Cottonseed,as a high-quality protein source,has the advantages of wide availability,rich nutrition and low price,and its application in China's livestock and poultry production is becoming more and more widespread. However,if cottonseed (meal) is not used properly in the diet,it is easy to cause gossypol poisoning in animals.For dairy cows,the migration of gossypol into milk not only involves the metabolism of gossypol by ruminants but also the quality and safety of dairy products,thus it should be given due attention.Based on this,the paper conducted a safety assessment of gossypol residues in raw milk by adding cottonseed to the diet on raw milk. The amount of free gossypol ingested by the human body through drinking milk was 0.002 3 mg/kg·d,which is far below the limit value of 0.086 mg/kg·d for free gossypol intake through vegetable oil in the GB 2716-2018 National Food Safety Standard for Vegetable Oils.
