数智化驱动下烟台地区奶牛三大病综合防控体系构建与实践成效

摘要: 烟台作为国家优势奶源带,受温带季风气候影响,奶牛腐蹄病、乳房炎和子宫内膜炎三大疾病高发,严重制约当地奶牛养殖业发展。本文基于烟台格润富德牧场620 头泌乳牛2019—2024年的实证数据,提出“环境调控-智能预警-精准干预”三位一体防控体系。实践表明,通过数智化管理技术的应用,可使腐蹄病检出时间提前72 h;通过应用IgY抗体疗法可使临床型乳房炎治愈率提升至76.5%;围产期益生菌干预可使子宫内膜炎发病率降低34%。该模式为胶东半岛奶牛健康养殖提供了技术范本。

Abstract: As a national advantageous milk source region,Yantai is characterized by a temperate monsoon climate,which contributes to the high incidence of three major diseases in dairy cows,foot rot,mastitis and endometritis seriously restricting the development of local dairy farming.Based on empirical data from 620 lactating cows at Yantai Gerun Fude Ranch from 2019 to 2024,this paper proposed a tripartite prevention and control system of "environmental regulation-intelligent early warning-precision intervention".Practice has shown that the application of digital intelligence management technologies enables the detection time of foot rot to be advanced by 72 hours;the use of IgY antibody therapy can increase the clinical cure rate of mastitis to 76.5%;and probiotic intervention during the perinatal period can reduce the incidence of endometritis by 34%.This model provides a technical template for healthy dairy farming in the Jiaodong Peninsula.
