人类肠道内存在大量参与人体代谢并与多种疾病具备相关性的微生物。为了探索从新疆驴乳发酵乳中分离获得的菌种L28的益生功能,本研究对菌种L28进行生理生化与分子鉴定后,以其为研究对象,以抗生素致肠道功能紊乱小鼠模型为实验动物,采用平板计数法和16s rDNA测序技术,探索L28改善模型小鼠肠道的功能。结果表明,L28为植物乳杆菌,可有效地促进模型小鼠肠道中乳酸菌和肠杆菌恢复(p<0.01),其中乳酸菌恢复更快,存在剂量依赖关系;observed species、Chao、ACE及Shannon指数提高,Simpson指数下降,进一步说明小鼠肠道菌群多样性显著提升,肠道功能得到恢复,L28菌株具有益生功能。
There are a large number of microorganisms in human gut,which participate in metabolism and are related to many diseases. In this study,L28 was identified and used as the research object,and the antibiotic induced intestinal dysfunction mouse model was used as the experimental animal. The improvement function of L28 on the mouse model intestinal was explored by the plate counting method and 16s rDNA sequencing technology. The results showed that L28 was Lactobacillus plantarum and could effectively promote the promotion of Lactobacillus and Enterobacter in the intestinal tract of model mice(p<0.01),Lactobacillaceae recover faster, and there was a dose-dependent relationship. As the same time,observed species,Chao,ACE and Shannon indexes increased,Simpson index decreased,which indicated that the diversity of intestinal flora was significantly increased,L28 strain has probiotic function.
