为了实现在乳品生产高度自动化的情况下,进一步提高乳品生产质量、降低生产成本、增加人员与设备效率。本文分析了乳品生产业务流程、业务相关信息系统,建设生产执行系统（MES）,以生产工单、生产批次为纽带,串联从牧场收奶完成到成品出厂发运的完整流程。优化收奶、预处理、灌包装业务,实现乳品生产过程透明化、质量管控数字化、成本控制精细化,以及生产业务报表和设备运行记录报表电子化。

In order to achieve a high degree of automation in dairy production,further improve the quality of dairy production,reduce production costs,increase personnel and equipment efficiency.It analyzed the business process of dairy production,business related information system,and established Manufacturing Execution System （MES）,which connected the production work order and production batch to the complete process of milk collection from the farm to the finished product delivery in this paper.It optimized the business of milk collection,pretreatment,filling and packaging,and realized the transparency of the dairy production process,the digitalization of quality control,the refinement of cost control,and the electronization of production business reports and equipment operation records.
