本文以奶牛养殖需求为出发点,从饲料营养知识的推陈出新、饲养管理策略的创新、跨学科知识的融合3 个方面分析基于奶牛养殖需求的《动物营养与饲料》课程改革方向,并提出《动物营养与饲料》课程改革实施方案,包括更新专业课程内容、加强实践教学设计、改进课程教学方法、完善教学资源建设、评估课程改革效果等,旨在为《动物营养与饲料》课程改革提供更多理论支持。
Starting from the demand for dairy farming, this article analyzed the direction of the reform of the Animal Nutrition and Feed course based on the demand for dairy farming from three aspects: the innovation of feed nutrition knowledge, the innovation of feeding management strategies and the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge. It also proposes an implementation plan for the reform of the Animal Nutrition and Feed course, including updating professional course content, strengthening practical teaching design and improving course teaching methods,improving the construction of teaching resources and evaluating the effectiveness of curriculum reform aims to provide more theoretical support for the reform of the Animal Nutrition and Feed course.
