摘要

本文介绍绵羊乳营养特性,包括蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪酸等组成特性,及其他有益成分;阐述蛋白质、脂肪酸消化特性;分析绵羊乳消化产物对人体影响。绵羊乳具有高蛋白、高脂肪特性,消化产物中必需氨基酸尤其是支链氨基酸丰富,有助于肌肉合成;含有大量中短链脂肪酸,可快速供能;还含有8 倍天然乳铁蛋白、乳脂肪球膜等,能为婴幼儿生长提供必需营养素,在婴幼儿配方奶粉中有广阔前景。

Abstract

This paper introduced the nutritional characteristics of sheep milk,including the composition of protein,amino acid,fatty acid,and other beneficial components in sheep milk. The digestive characteristics of protein and fatty acid were described,and the effects of digestive products of sheep milk on human body were analyzed. Sheep milk has the characteristics of high protein and high fat,and the digestive products are rich in essential amino acids,especially branched-chain amino acids,which is conducive to muscle synthesis. And it contains a lot of short and medium chain fatty acids,can quickly supply energy.It also contains 8 times natural lactoferrin,milk fat globule membrane,etc.,which can provide necessary nutrients for infant growth and has broad prospects in infant formula milk powder.
