[目的]包装直接影响乳制品保质期。为解决传统人工检测方法自动程度低、效率低、准确性差的问题,提升检测效率和准确性。[方法]设计一款成型包装透光检测装置。研究光源、磁吸模组、升降暗室、结果观察模块,借助3D打印技术实现包装与光源吻合性,利用螺杆升降原理实现暗室密闭性,利用内窥镜、软件互联方式实现检测结果追溯性。[结果]对装置进行试验的结果表明,手工法,透光检出率为62%,而仪器法检出率达到90%,检出率提升28%。[结论]该设备可测量乳制品成型包装透光性,实现自动化、提升准确性。本研究为乳制品成型包装透光检测装置的设计提供新思路。
[Objective] Packaging directly impacts the shelf life of dairy products. To address the limitations of traditional manual methods, such as low automation, inefficiency, and poor accuracy, this study aimed to enhance detection efficiency and precision. [Method] A transparent detection device for dairy product forming packaging was designed. Key components, including the light source, magnetic adsorption modules, an adjustable light-proof chamber, and a result observation module, were optimized. 3D printing technology ensured precise alignment between packaging and the light source, while a screw-driven lifting mechanism improved chamber sealing. An integrated endoscope and software interconnection enabled traceable detection results. [Result] Comparative experiments demonstrated that the manual method achieved a transparent detection rate of 62%, whereas the instrument-based method reached 90%, marking a 28% improvement. [Conclusion] The device can measure the transparent detection for dairy product forming packaging, achieving automation and enhanced accuracy. This research provided innovative insights for the development of transparent detection systems in the dairy industry.
