羊乳作为传统乳制品的重要组成部分,以其独特的营养价值和健康益处受到越来越多消费者的青睐,但其特有的膻味却成为制约其市场普及和消费者接受度的一大障碍。近年来,随着科技的不断进步和人们对健康饮食需求的日益增长,羊乳脱膻技术得到广泛关注和研究。本文旨在综述羊乳脱膻技术的研究进展,探讨其发展趋势,为相关领域的科研人员和从业人员提供参考。
As an important part of traditional dairy products,goat milk is favored by more and more consumers for its unique nutritional value and health benefits,but its distinctive muttony has become a major obstacle restricting its market popularization and consumer acceptance.In recent years,with the continuous progress of science and technology and the growing demand for healthy diet,the technology of goat milk de-mutton has been widely concerned and studied.This paper aimed to review the current research progress of goat milk de-mutton technology,and discussed its development trend,so as to provide reference for researchers and practitioners in related fields.
