河南省温县奶牛腐蹄病流行情况调查与综合防治

摘要: 为摸清河南省温县奶牛腐蹄病流行情况,2018—2020年调查选取5 家规模奶牛养殖场和16 家散养户,共计2 378 头奶牛。通过走访座谈、查阅档案和实地考察等方式,了解该病流行情况,分析成因,提出综合防治措施。结果表明,发病率和死亡率分别为25.53%、2.10%,三年的各组发病率、死亡率之间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。夏季和冬季发病率较高,差异不显著(P>0.05),与春季和秋季比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。冬季死亡率显著高于春季和秋季(P<0.05)。规模场和散养户发病率分别为21.78%和32.38%,差异显著(P<0.05),死亡率分别为2.08%和2.14%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。

Abstract: In order to find out the prevalence of rot hoof disease in dairy cows in Wenxian County, Henan Province, 2 378 dairy cows were selected from 5 large-scale dairy farms and 16 free range farmers from 2018 to 2020.The prevalence of rot hoof disease was investigated,the causes were analyzed,and comprehensive prevention and control measures were proposed by visiting,checking archives and field observation.The results showed that the morbidity and mortality were 25.53% and 2.10%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the three groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference between summer and winter (P<0.05),but there was significant difference between spring and autumn (P<0.05).The death rate in winter was significantly higher than that in spring and autumn (P<0.05).There were significant differences in morbidity of 21.78% and 32.38% between large scale households and free range households (P<0.05),and their differences in mortality of 2.08% and 2.14% were not significant (P>0.05).
