摘要： 乳制品市场的快速扩大对奶产业的发展提出了更高的要求,为了实现奶产业发展与建设过程的高效化和高质量化,吴忠市通过建设示范基地,提升地区养殖户养殖水平,以龙头企业带动地区奶产业发展等手段有力地推动了本地区的奶产业高质量发展。本文以宁夏回族自治区吴忠市为调研对象,采用实地调研、资料收集和文献研究3 种方式,对吴忠市的奶产业发展特点、发展现状加以研究和总结,归纳出解决缺牛源问题、完善市区奶产业高质量发展体制机制、支持企业建设奶牛繁育基地、调整养殖结构、引导支持乳制品加工与奶牛养殖企业深度融合等打造奶产业高质量发展模式的做法,为奶产业的稳定发展与建设提供有力的支持。

Abstract: The rapid expansion of the dairy market puts forward higher requirements for the development of the dairy industry. In order to realize the high efficiency and high-quality quantification of the development and construction process of the dairy industry,Wuzhong City has effectively promoted the high-quality development of the dairy industry in the region by building a demonstration base,improving the breeding level of regional farmers,and driving the development of regional dairy industry with leading enterprises. Taking Wuzhong City of Ningxia Autonomous Region as the research object,this paper studied the development characteristics and current situation of dairy industry in Wuzhong City by means of field research,data collection and literature research,and summarized the problems of solving the problem of lack of cattle source,improving the high-quality development system and mechanism of urban dairy industry,supporting enterprises to build dairy breeding base,adjusting breeding structure,supporting the deep integration of dairy processing and dairy farming enterprises to create a high-quality development model of the dairy industry,so as to provide strong support for the stable development and construction of the dairy industry.
