口蹄疫疫苗诱发奶牛瘫痪的诊疗分析案例

摘要: 奶牛瘫痪是由多种因素导致的奶牛常见疾病之一,如钙磷比例不均衡、妊娠后血钙负平衡、风湿性关节炎等。注射口蹄疫疫苗导致奶牛瘫痪,属于疫苗接种后的不良反应或过敏反应,奶牛采食量下降、卧地不起。本文对江苏连云港某奶牛养殖户一例口蹄疫疫苗诱发奶牛瘫痪的病例进行现场调查、临床检查,分析发病原因,提出治疗方案并总结切实可行的预防措施,为养殖户对该病防治提供参考。

Abstract: Dairy cow paralysis is one of the common diseases caused by a variety of factors, such as unbalanced calcium and phosphorus ratio, negative blood calcium balance after pregnancy, rheumatoid arthritis, and so on. The paralysis of cows caused by the injection of foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) vaccine was an adverse reaction or allergic reaction after vaccination, and the feed intake of dairy cows decreases and they are bedridden. In this paper, a case of FMD-vaccine-induced paralysis in a dairy farmer in Lianyungang of Jiangsu province was investigated and clinically examined, the cause of the disease was analyzed, the treatment plan was proposed, and the feasible preventive measures were summarized, so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of the disease.
