摘要： 从奶业市场风险的概念、生鲜乳价格波动的特征及由此导致的奶业市场风险的衡量、产生的原因、风险管理工具的选择等方面,全面梳理国内外文献,结果显示,奶业市场风险与其他农产品市场风险有显著的差异。国外多是着眼于整个畜牧业,侧重于期货、保险等现代风险管理工具的使用;国内更多的从产业链利益联结机制角度开展研究,尚未将奶业价格波动分析与市场风险管理融合分析。未来,我国奶业市场风险管理的研究应更多的立足产业链,从保护牧场利益角度,探索新型风险管理工具的运行机制及效果评价。
