婴幼儿配方食品中氨基酸模式的研究进展

摘要: 母乳是婴幼儿配方食品研制的黄金标准,婴幼儿配方食品是在因各种原因不能母乳喂养婴幼儿的情况下可选择的重要食物,其氨基酸模式至关重要。综述了近年来母乳和婴幼儿配方食品中氨基酸模式的研究进展,以期为提倡母乳喂养及开发营养、精准化的婴幼儿配方食品提供参考。
