哺乳动物乳铁蛋白的研究进展

The Research Progress of Lactoferrin in Mammals

摘要: 乳铁蛋白是一种人体必不可缺,存在于人体液中的蛋白质,能参与机体免疫调节,增强机体抗病能力,同时对铁的结合力是转铁蛋白家族中最强的。乳铁蛋白本身具有抗病毒能力,但和过氧亚硝酸盐相结合会降低其抗病毒能力。基于不同哺乳动物自身乳铁蛋白的机理及其发展状况、未来应用前景、自身检测方法等进行详细地阐述。
