围产期奶牛低血钙症的发生机制与防治策略

摘要: 为明确围产期奶牛低血钙症的发病机制,优化该病综合防治方案,降低其对奶牛健康及牧场生产效益的危害,本研究从病因与生理机制入手,系统梳理现代营养调控、钙剂疗法及中兽医辨证施治等防治手段的应用原理与实操要点;并构建以精准营养预防为核心、快速钙剂治疗为应急、中西医结合调理为支撑的综合防控体系,显著降低临床型与亚临床型低血钙症的发生率,同时减少继发围产期代谢性疾病的风险。该综合防治策略能有效保障奶牛围产期生理健康,提升泌乳与繁殖性能,其中中西医结合的防控思路,为规模化牧场解决低血钙症难题提供了高效且可持续的实践路径。

Abstract: To elucidate the pathogenesis of hypocalcemia in perinatal dairy cows, optimize the comprehensive prevention and treatment strategies for the disease, and mitigate its adverse effects on cow health and farm production efficiency, this study systematically reviewed the application principles and practical key points of prevention and treatment methods including modern nutritional regulation, calcium therapy, and traditional Chinese veterinary medicine based on syndrome differentiation, starting from the analysis of etiology and physiological mechanisms;establishing a comprehensive prevention and control system centered on precision nutrition for prevention, rapid calcium therapy for emergencies, and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for supportive care could significantly reduce the incidence of clinical and subclinical hypocalcemia and minimize the risk of secondary perinatal metabolic diseases. This comprehensive prevention and treatment strategy can effectively ensure the physiological health of perinatal cows and improve their lactation and reproductive performance. Among them, the prevention and control concept of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine provides an efficient and sustainable practical pathway for large-scale farms to address the challenge of hypocalcemia.
