乳品检测用折叠式pH酸度计及自锁限位设计

Design of a Foldable pH Meter with Self-locking Limit for Dairy Testing

摘要: [目的]针对乳品企业在原料乳验收、生产过程控制及成品质量检测中,传统便携式pH酸度计存在的探头易碰撞损坏、折叠收纳机构定位不准、使用过程易松动偏移、操作复杂及便携性与稳定性难以兼顾等问题,设计一种集成折叠收纳与机械自锁限位结构的新型pH酸度检测装置。[方法]该装置主要由检测主机、收纳槽、折叠收纳机构、搅拌机、检测探头及限位结构组成。限位结构通过按杆、齿条-齿轮传动组件、复位弹簧、丝杆传动部件、滑臂及固定杆构成联动系统,实现一键解锁、自动复位与可靠锁紧功能。[结果]结构分析与原理验证表明:该设计可使折叠收纳机构展开后定位精准、无明显晃动偏移,收纳后结构紧凑、能有效保护传感部件;整体操作简便、传动平稳、锁紧可靠,可显著提升乳品检测过程中的稳定性与数据重复性,延长设备使用寿命。[结论]该便携检测仪器适用于乳品企业的实验室分析、生产现场快速检测及牧场户外采样等典型乳业场景,为乳品行业便携式水质与理化检测仪器的结构优化提供了实用新思路。

Abstract: [Objective] In response to the problems of traditional portable pH meters in dairy enterprises during raw milk acceptance, production process control, and finished product quality testing, such as the probe being prone to collision damage, inaccurate positioning of the folding and storage mechanism, easy loosening and deviation during use, complex operation, and difficulty in balancing portability and stability, a new type of pH meter integrating a folding storage function and a mechanical self-locking limit structure was designed. [Method] The device mainly consists of a detection host, a storage slot, a folding storage mechanism, a stirrer, a detection probe, and a limit structure. The limit structure forms a linkage system through a push rod, a rack-gear transmission component, a return spring, a screw transmission component, a sliding arm, and a fixing rod, achieving one-key unlocking, automatic reset, and reliable locking functions. [Result] Structural analysis and principle verification show that this design enables the folding storage mechanism to achieve precise positioning after deployment without significant shaking or deviation, and a compact structure after storage that effectively protects the sensing components. The overall operation is simple, the transmission is smooth, the locking is reliable, and it can significantly improve the stability and data repeatability during dairy testing, as well as extend the service life of the equipment. [Conclusion] This portable testing instrument is suitable for typical dairy industry scenarios such as laboratory analysis in dairy enterprises, rapid on-site testing in production, and outdoor sampling on pastures, providing a practical new idea for the structural optimization of portable water quality and physiochemical testing instruments in the dairy industry.
