摘要: 益生菌发酵乳是益生菌的重要载体。近10年,随着研究的深入,对益生菌发酵乳认识取得重大进展,尤其是对益生菌发酵乳对机体健康促进作用机理逐渐清晰。本文阐述益生菌发酵乳对便秘的缓解作用、对免疫系统的增强作用以及对神经系统的调节作用,并展望了益生菌发酵乳产业的未来发展。
