Determination of Vitamin Content in Xinjiang Camel Milk Powder

Abstract: The vitamin content in camel milk powder produced by 3 companies in Xinjiang was determined using the National Standard.The results showed that the average camel milk powder contains 222.00 μg/100 g of vitamin A, 0.720 mg/100 g of vitamin E,0.091 mg/100 g of vitamin B1,0.091 mg/100 g of vitamin B2,1.60 μg/100 g of vitamin B12,1 715.00 μg/100 g of niacin,0.230 mg/100 g of pyridoxine,209.00 µg/100 g of folic acid,20.53 µg/100 g of biotin, and 17.670 mg/100 g of vitamin C. Vitamin D,vitamin K and pantothenic acid were not detected due to the limit of determination.
