复方中草药对奶牛泌乳前期生产性能影响和经济效益分析

Effect of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Early Lactation Performance and Economic Benefit of Dairy Cows

摘要: 本试验旨在观察中草药对奶牛泌乳前期生产性能的影响,并对奶牛场经济效益进行分析。选取年龄、胎次、体况健康和产奶量相近的泌乳前期(产后100 d内)中国荷斯坦牛48 头,随机分成4 组,每组12 头。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组分别饲喂基础日粮+100 g/头·d复方中草药、基础日粮+200 g/头·d复方中草药、基础日粮+300 g/头·d复方中草药。预试期7 d,正试期28 d。结果显示,试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组干物质采食量、产奶量和4.0%乳脂校正乳均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。各组间乳脂率、乳糖率、乳蛋白率和乳总固形物均无显著性差异(P>0.05),试验Ⅱ和Ⅲ组体细胞数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);经济效益分析表明,以试验Ⅱ组最佳。综上,本试验条件下,添加200 g/头·d复方中草药能够提高干物质采食量和产奶量,降低体细胞数,增强机体抗病力。

Abstract: The purpose of this experiment was to observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on the pre lactation production performance of dairy cows and analyze the economic benefits of dairy farms. 48 Chinese Holstein cows with similar age,parity,physical health and milk yield were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 cows in each group and 1 cow in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet,and groups I,II and III were fed with basic diet +100 g/ head·d compound Chinese herbal medicine,basic diet + 200 g/head·d compound Chinese herbal medicine and basic diet + 300 g/head·d compound Chinese herbal medicine respectively. The pre-trial period is 7 days and the pilot period is 28 days. The results showed that the dry matter intake,milk yield and 4.0% milk fat corrected milk in test groups II and III were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in milk fat rate,lactose rate,milk protein rate and total milk solids among the groups(P > 0.05). The number of somatic cells in test groups II and III was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The economic benefit analysis shows that group II is the best. In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,the addition of 200 g/head·d compound Chinese herbal medicine can improve dry matter intake and milk production,reduce the number of somatic cells and enhance disease resistance.
