摘要: 近10年来,随着乳房健康管理实践的优化以及诊断技术的进步,奶牛传染性病原体引发的临床乳房炎发病率和流行率得到有效控制、呈现逐年下降趋势,这使得临床乳房炎择性疗法成为可能。为科学推广临床乳房炎选择性疗法应用,本研究对该法的目标和原则、实施前提条件以及有关问题进行阐述和讨论,为中国奶牛场临床乳房炎防控工作提供借鉴。

关键词: 奶牛, 临床乳房炎, 选择性疗法

Abstract: In recent 10 years,the decreasing incidence and prevalence of infectious agent clinical mastitis in dairy cow,the optimization of breast health management practices,and advances in diagnostic techniques have made selective therapies possible.In order to scientifically promote the application of selective therapy for clinical mastitis,the objectives and principles of this study,prerequisites for its implementation and related issues were expounded and discussed in this study,which could provide reference for the prevention and control of dairy cow mastitis in China.
