摘要: 由于地域和产量限制等影响,驼乳粉市场发展受限制。驼乳作为新疆特色乳品资源,为促进驼乳研究、利用,本文从驼乳成分、医疗保健作用、驼乳粉发展现状,以及调制驼乳粉执行标准对比等对驼乳粉进行多方面探讨,对驼乳粉产业未来发展提出建议。改进更高效高品质的驼乳粉生产技术、制定“掺假”标准和制约手段,是促进我国驼乳粉产业蓬勃发展的有效方式。
