基于碳排放算法的规模养殖模式及粪污处理模式的研究

摘要: [目的]立足北京市大兴区规模奶牛养殖发展实际,落实低碳农业发展要求,精准掌握规模奶牛场温室气体排放特征,研究奶牛养殖低碳化发展路径与粪污处理优化方法,为奶牛养殖行业减排固碳提供实践支撑。[方法]依据北京市低碳农业协会《T/LCAA 004—2020 养殖企业(组织)温室气体排放监测技术规范》,采用问卷调研、电话问询与现场座谈相结合的方式,收集大兴区2 家示范奶牛场基础数据;以北京首农畜牧创辉牛场为典型案例,运用规范核算方法,对其养殖各环节温室气体排放量进行精准测算与分析。[结果]2021年创辉牛场温室气体总排放量为11 750.13 t CO2e,单位原料奶温室气体排放量为1.464 t CO2e/t;粪污管理甲烷排放(5 775.54 t CO2e,占比49.15%)和肠道发酵甲烷排放(4 333.70 t CO2e,占比36.88%)是主要排放源,两类甲烷排放合计占总排放量的86.03%,能源消耗相关排放占比相对较低。[结论]规模奶牛场温室气体排放核心集中于粪污管理和肠道发酵环节,优化粪污处理方式、改良饲粮结构、推进清洁能源替代,是实现奶牛养殖行业低碳化发展、落实减排固碳目标的关键举措。

Abstract: [Objective] Based on the current development of intensive dairy farming in Daxing District,Beijing,and in response to the requirements of low-carbon agricultural development,this study aimed to accurately characterize greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions from intensive dairy farms,explore low-carbon development pathways for dairy farming,and optimize manure management methods,thereby providing practical support for emission reduction and carbon sequestration in the dairy industry. [Method] Following the Monitoring Technical Specification for Greenhouse Gas Emissions from Livestock Enterprises(Organizations)(T/LCAA 004—2020)issued by the Beijing Low-Carbon Agriculture Association,this study collected baseline data from two demonstration dairy farms in Daxing District using a combination of questionnaire surveys,telephone interviews,and on-site discussions. Taking Beijing Sunlon Agriculture Chuanghui Dairy Farm as a typical case,a standardized accounting method was applied to accurately calculate and analyze GHG emissions across various stages of dairy production. [Result] In 2021,the total GHG emissions from Chuanghui Dairy Farm were 11 750.13 t CO2e,with emission intensity per ton of raw milk at 1.464 t CO2e/t. Methane emissions from manure management(5 775.54 t CO2e,accounting for 49.15%)and enteric fermentation(4 333.70 t CO2e,accounting for 36.88%)were the primary emission sources. Together, these two methane emission sources accounted for 86.03% of total emissions,while emissions related to energy consumption were relatively low. [Conclusion] GHG emissions from intensive dairy farms are mainly concentrated in manure management and enteric fermentation. Optimizing manure treatment methods,improving feed composition,and promoting clean energy alternatives are key strategies for achieving low-carbon development in the dairy industry and meeting emission reduction and carbon sequestration goals.
