摘要: 酿酒酵母培养物具有促进反刍动物消化、调节瘤胃微生物区系和改善免疫功能等作用,在反刍动物生产上的应用日趋广泛。近年来,科技工作者就酿酒酵母培养物成分及其在畜牧业生产上的应用开展了大量研究。对近年来酿酒酵母培养物对反刍动物瘤胃内环境、免疫功能和生产性能等方面的影响做出综述,以期为酿酒酵母培养物在后续科学研究和生产实践应用提供理论依据。
