复合酶制剂对泌乳牛生产性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响

Effects of Compound Enzyme Preparation on Performance and Apparent Digestibility of Nutrients in Lactating Dairy Cows

摘要: 试验旨在研究奶牛日粮添加复合酶制剂对生产性能和营养物质表观消化率的影响。选取体重、年龄、胎次、泌乳天数和泌乳量相近的奶牛36 头,试验采取随机分组设计,分成对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组共3 组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加50 g/头·天、100 g/头·天复合酶制剂。结果表明,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的泌乳量和乳脂率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验Ⅰ组的干物质、中性洗涤纤维和粗蛋白与对照组相比均显著提高(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组间各指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,日粮添加复合酶制剂均能提高奶牛生产性能和营养物质消化率,以日粮添加50 g/头·天效果最佳。

Abstract: The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of compound enzyme preparation on production performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of dairy cows. Thirty-six dairy cows with similar body weight,age,parity,lactation days and lactation quantity were randomly divided into three groups:control group,test I group test II group. Control group was fed with basal diets,Group I and group II were fed with basal diets supplemented with 50 g/head·day and 100 g/ head·day complex enzyme preparations respectively. The results showed that the milk yield and milk fat rate of test group I and II were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),and the dry matter,neutral detergent fiber and crude protein of test group I were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The results showed that the production performance and nutrient digestibility of dairy cows could be improved by adding compound enzyme preparation. The best effect was 50 g/head·day.
