Discussion on the Technology of Processing and Modulating Straw Pellet Feed to Dairy Goats

Abstract: In order to maximize the feeding value of straw feed and overcome the shortcomings of low nitrogen content of straw and the need to supplement nitrogen sources,this paper designed a straw based,nutritionally balanced pellet feed formula,in which protein supplements,rumen bypass protein and green feed are added in a scientific and reasonable manner,making full use of the positive combination effect between different feeds,and then processing through kneading,crushing,fine coarse mixing,pelleting,etc,Finally,the balanced diet is granulated,which has the characteristics of uniform nutrition,good palatability of dairy goats,less waste,and easy to use in the feedlot(household).
