瓜蒌散联合西药治疗奶山羊乳房炎的疗效研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect of Gualou San Combined with Western Medicine on Mastitis in Dairy Goats

摘要: [目的] 探究中西药联合治疗奶山羊乳房炎的疗效,为临床应用提供依据。[方法] 选取健康对照组奶山羊10 只,体况、胎次相近的患乳房炎奶山羊20 只,随机分为西药治疗组(抗生素治疗)、中西药联合治疗组(瓜蒌散+抗生素治疗),连续记录疗效至第12天。连续记录每组奶山羊第1、4、7、12天产奶量。用生化分析仪检测乳清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、白蛋白(SA)的含量。用ELISA法检测各组奶山羊第1、4、7、12天乳清炎性因子IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α,抗氧化因子抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。[结果] 第4、12天,中西药联合治疗组产奶量显著高于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。第4、7、12天,中西药联合治疗组乳清中的IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α含量显著低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。此外,中西药联合治疗组在第1、4、7、12天乳清ALT、AST、LDH、SA含量显著低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。中西药联合治疗组乳清中T-AOC、GSH-Px、CAT和SOD的含量在第4、7、12天显著高于西药治疗组(P<0.05),且MDA显著低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。[结论] 瓜蒌散联合西药可有效治疗奶山羊乳房炎,提高产奶量、抗氧化性能,缓解炎症。

Abstract: [Objective] To explore the efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of mastitis in dairy goats,providing a basis for clinical application. [Method] A total of 10 healthy control goats and 20 goats with mastitis of similar body condition and parity were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the Western medicine treatment group (antibiotic treatment) and the combined treatment group (Gualou Powder + antibiotic treatment). The therapeutic effects were recorded continuously until day 12. The milk yield of each group was recorded on days 1,4,7,and 12.The levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT),aspartate aminotransferase (AST),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), and albumin (SA) in the whey were measured using a biochemical analyzer. The inflammatory factors IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, and TNF-α, as well as antioxidant factors total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),catalase (CAT), superoxide dismutase (SOD),and malondialdehyde (MDA),were detected using ELISA on days 1,4,7, and 12. [Results] On days 4 and 12,the milk yield of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine treatment group (P< 0.05). On days 4,7,and 12,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-α in the whey of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group (P< 0.05). Additionally, on days 1,4,7,and 12, the levels of ALT, AST, LDH,and SA in the whey of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group (P< 0.05). The MDA levels in the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine treatment group on days 4,7,and 12(P< 0.05). The levels of T-AOC,GSH Px,CAT,and SOD in whey of the combination treatment group were significantly higher than those of the Western medicine treatment group on days 4,7,and 12(P<0.05),and MDA was significantly lower than that of the Western medicine treatment group (P<0.05). [Conclusion] Gualou Powder combined with Western medicine effectively treats mastitis in dairy goats,enhances milk yield and antioxidant capacity,and alleviates inflammation.
