摘要: 为了解绵羊乳腺免疫防御机制,本文介绍了参与乳腺免疫防御主要组织和免疫物质,包括乳房乳头、乳腺上皮细胞、白细胞、免疫球蛋白、补体系统和化学抗菌剂,描述它们之间的相互作用。乳头为乳腺提供最初保护。乳腺上皮细胞合成抗菌蛋白。白细胞产生各种炎症介质(细胞因子或趋化因子),吞噬细菌并识别抗原结构。在乳腺中,4 种免疫球蛋白(IgG1、IgG2、IgM和IgA)对抵御病原体具有重要作用。补体系统是蛋白质集合,通过多种途径参与炎症过程。乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶和乳过氧化物酶等化学抗菌剂有助于乳腺体液防御。
