驼乳功能成分分析及其改善睡眠产品的开发研究

Functional Components of Camel Milk in Sleep Improvement:An Analytical Review and Product Development Prospects

摘要: [目的]针对当前日益凸显的睡眠障碍问题,弥补传统药物干预存在的副作用、成瘾性与依赖性等缺陷,本研究围绕驼乳的助眠功效展开系统探究,深入解析其活性成分改善睡眠的潜在机制,为研发天然来源的睡眠干预产品提供理论支撑。[方法]通过文献梳理的方式,系统剖析驼乳中酪蛋白源肽、α-乳白蛋白、色氨酸、ω-3脂肪酸、维生素C等关键营养与活性成分的睡眠调节机制;结合动物试验开展功能验证,并同步推进相关产品的研发与功能试验。[结果]驼乳中的多种生物活性物质,可通过调控神经递质合成、稳定神经功能、抗氧化、抗炎及调节神经信号通路等途径发挥助眠作用。动物试验与产品功能研究结果证实,以菊粉、酸枣仁粉、茶叶茶氨酸为辅料研发的驼乳配方奶粉,具备一定的助眠功效。[结论]驼乳配方奶粉拥有一定的助眠功能与较高的开发价值,在睡眠障碍干预领域具备广阔的应用前景。本研究为助眠类营养品的研发与应用提供了坚实的理论依据和实验基础。

Abstract: [Objective] To address the increasingly prominent problem of sleep disorders and make up for the side effects,addiction and dependence associated with traditional pharmaceutical interventions,this study focused on the sleep-improving efficacy of camel milk,systematically explored the potential mechanisms of its bioactive components in ameliorating sleep,and provided theoretical support for natural sleep intervention products. [Method] The sleep-regulating mechanisms of key nutritional and bioactive components in camel milk,including casein-derived peptides,α-lactalbumin,tryptophan,ω-3 fatty acids and vitamin C,were systematically analyzed through literature review. Functional verification was carried out combined with animal experiments,and the development and functional tests of relevant products were conducted simultaneously by Nala Dairy. [Result] A variety of bioactive substances in camel milk exert sleep-improving effects by regulating neurotransmitter synthesis,stabilizing neural function,antioxidation,anti-inflammation and modulating neural signaling pathways. Animal experiments and product functional studies confirmed that camel milk formula powder has a definite ameliorative effect on sleep disorders. [Conclusion] Camel milk formula powder has favorable sleep-improving function and high development value,showing broad application prospects in the intervention of sleep disorders. This study provides a solid theoretical basis and experimental foundation for the research,development and application of camel milk in sleep-improving products.
