摘要: 新西兰国土面积有限,奶业十分发达,乳制品在国际贸易市场占有约1/3份额,也是我国第一大乳制品进口来源国。本文从基础条件、生产模式、国家管控等方面,对新西兰奶业发展情况进行了基本研究,其国家层面的行业立法和严格监管、奶农利益保障机制以及“种-养-加”复合循环农业经济模式等方面的成功做法值得借鉴。

Abstract: New Zealand has a limited land area and a relatively developed dairy industry. Dairy products account for about 1/3 of the international trade market and are also the largest source of dairy imports in China. The article conducted a basic study on the development of New Zealand’s dairy industry from the aspects of basic conditions, production mode and national control. It is believed that the successful practices of industry legislation and strict supervision at the national level, the protection mechanism of dairy farmers interests and the “planting-raising-adding” compound circular agricultural economy model are worth learning.
