摘要: 优质乳工程是由中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所奶业创新团队提出,经原农业部授权实施的奶业专项研究项目,旨在通过全产业链标准化建设推动中国奶业转型。本研究系统对比了中国优质乳工程、美国《巴氏奶条例》(Grade A PMO)及欧盟乳品标准三大体系的核心框架与指标差异。通过解构法规文本、关键参数对比分析发现,欧美体系侧重安全底线,而中国不仅通过生乳分级与杀菌工艺规范兼顾营养与安全,更首创活性营养量化标准,推动优质乳向优质鲜活升级。研究表明,优质乳工程以领先国际水平的高要求和标准化活性成分为特色推动了中国乳业的升级。
