摘要: 卵巢囊肿是指在奶牛卵巢上形成的囊性肿物,主要分为卵泡囊肿和黄体囊肿两种。卵巢囊肿是导致奶牛繁殖障碍的主要原因之一,往往引起久配不孕、产犊间隔延长和饲养成本增加,对规模化奶牛场造成严重经济损失。卵巢囊肿形成的主要原因是由于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能障碍,还有营养管理、生殖系统疾病及环境等因素。目前主要治疗方法是注射外源激素。本文综述布舍瑞林对奶牛卵巢囊肿的治疗效果和研究进展,为提高治愈率和奶牛场繁殖效率提供参考。
