Risk Analysis of Perchlorate Contamination Risk in Infant Formula Milk Powder

摘要: 婴幼儿配方乳粉作为婴幼儿主要营养来源之一,我国高度重视其生产和监管。随着乳粉质量提升,可能存在的潜在风险成为关注焦点。污染物高氯酸盐因抑制人体甲状腺功能,尤其影响婴幼儿群体生长发育,引起广泛关注。本文介绍了高氯酸盐的特性、健康风险及相关评估、限量情况,简述了中国、美国、欧盟等国家和地区高氯酸盐污染情况及相关监管、评估研究,为我国婴幼儿配方乳粉高氯酸盐污染风险管理、提高乳粉品质提供参考。

Abstract: As one of the main nutrition sources for infants,China attach great importance to the production and supervision. With the improvement of infant formular milk powder quality,the potential risks that may exist had become the focus of attention. Perchlorate has caused widespread concern because of its inhibition of thyroid function,especially the influence on growth and development of infants. This paper introduced the characteristics,health risks and related assessments and limits of perchlorate. The situation of perchlorate pollution in China,US,EU and other countries and regions,as well as related supervision and assessment research were briefly introduced. It provided reference for the risk management of perchlorate pollution in infant formula milk powder and the improvement of milk powder quality in China.
